Why would someone want to be raw vegan?
Most people think of veganism as a restrictive diet taken on to achieve a specific health goal. Not so for Olivia, who asserts that eating Raw Vegan foods is the most natural, joyful choice for her & her family.
To Olivia, real foods come from the earth, and it makes sense that these foods would nurture & heal us in deeper ways than we could through processed foods.
But even if you’re not a raw vegan, it’s really important to note that Olivia’s philosophy comes from within - and it can come from within you, too.
“Health is Who You Are”
Olivia’s eating + diet is a combination of intuitive & science-based, and she encourages others to seek the same for themselves. It’s true that not everyone needs or even benefits from the exact same diet as her. That’s why her health coaching is about connecting people back with themselves & nature.
