Kozma’s episode is a deep dive into how to “know thyself” as god, while still acknowledging there is an external God-being. As part of her service to humanity, she holds space at her temple in Austin, TX and offers truly holistic healing for the mind, body, and spirit.

One of Kozma’s specialties is “re-mothering”, where she helps people experience unconditional love, often for the first time they can remember. “It always makes me emotional when somebody says ‘I haven’t felt this relaxed since childhood’ or … ‘nobody’s ever touched me like that’”.

Experience Assignment

Identify a being (human or otherwise) who you can hold or be held by for 30 minutes. This can be as informal as holding a friend’s cat, visiting a shelter & cuddling a dog, or as formal as scheduling a session with a healer like Kozma for more specialized work. During the 30 minutes, try to stay connected physically and in the moment. You may find yourself tempted to get up and use the restroom, distracted by your phone, or needing to grab some water. Take care of yourself, but also notice if you are uncomfortable or unconsciously resisting the connection.
