THE evolution OF THE SPACE COWGIRL

This Space Cowgirl is a character I created back in 2017 when I graduated Stanford University. I packed my Subaru full to the brim and set off on a transformative road-trip from Cali back to my home in San Antonio, Texas.

While driving, I recorded the lyrics to a song and first used the term “Space Cowgirl” to describe myself. That song is called “Video Hoe”. It is unreleased, but you can listen to it here if you’d like.

Since then, this character has taken on many iterations in my music and art. Below are some examples with dates so you can see the journey in images.
